Overall, my experience started off great, and while I did run into some frustrating issues after the purchase regarding communication, payoff delays, and having to return a few times for concerns with the vehicle, I really appreciate the way Trey, the sales manager, handled everything once he became aware of the situation. Trey personally reached out to apologize, kept communication open, and genuinely made an effort to make things right. He reassured me the payoff issue would be handled and went above and beyond to help and show incredible generosity. Mistakes and delays can happen anywhere, but good customer service is how those situations are handled afterward, and I can honestly say Trey stepped up professionally and treated me with care and respect. Because of that, my experience ended on a much more positive note.
